I'm Andrew, the founder of CheerDots.

Ever since I was a kid, I've been obsessed with how things work. Taking apart anything I could get my hands on – remotes, hoverboards, you name it (much to my mom's dismay!) – was my way of understanding the world. That curiosity, that need to see what's "behind the curtain," is at the heart of CheerDots.

We're living in a world overflowing with gadgets and information, but is it really making life simpler? I didn't think so. At CheerDots, we believe technology should enhance our lives, not complicate them. Our team of tech enthusiasts, based in Beijing, is dedicated to creating intuitive ways to interact with the devices we use every day – for work, learning, and fun. We started CheerDots in 2019 with a simple goal: to simplify the digital world. We're not chasing the next "pain point"; we're going back to basics, simplifying the everyday to reveal its true potential.

This drive to simplify is what sparked the idea for our first product, CheerPod. I was frustrated with juggling remotes, phones, mice, and tablets – it was a mess. I wanted one device, an "ultimate controller," that could seamlessly connect to any screen. It took three years of designing and refining, but we finally made it happen. And I loved every minute. It reminded me of those days taking things apart, the thrill of discovery.
